Inflation is overtaking the the rate of interest providing by bank , so people noways are searching for a tool that will give you a income greater than inflation in the market, Due to jio coming in the market internet access in rural area penetrates in huge amount, Everyone is looking for best investment in market.
Share market penetration in india is only 1.5%-2% .Yes you read it right share market penetration in india is just only this percent , as people are gaining knowledge about this ,and as they are understanding about this  they are moving towards this, corona virus pandemic creating huge impact and forcing people to open their share market account and starts them or encouraging them to investing.
Coming to the topic we can say that there will be huge huge demand in India to invest in share market and earn money also this will help to grow in future . According to my analysis there will be at least 50-70% rise in overall share marketing coming five years condition that everything go fine means on an average 10-15% returns on share market per year along with profit of the company means on an average you will get 20-25% returns on investment keeping in mains that you invest in proper share stock else you will be in huge loss also if you invest in wrong company. All this is according to my analysis and you all know that share market is subjected to market risk

Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it

1. Challenge your negative thoughts: Way to combat stressful thoughts is to ask our self whether there's really any truth to them. Disputing and disproving our thoughts can help us to view our thoughts objectively instead of immediately accepting them as truth.
2. Identify types of thinking that lead to stress: we expect the worst-case scenario or blow things out of proportion. Even small problems are "horrible" or a "disaster."
All-or-nothing thinking: we see things only in black or white, as good or bad. Instead of acknowledging the complexities of being human, things are either wrong or right and there is no in between.
"What if" ing: we find our self having an internal conversation about things of fear, such as  "What if I fail?" "What if I'm late?" and so on
3. Re-frame our thoughts:
Negative thoughts lead to a negative mood state and positive thoughts lead to a positive mood state. When you feel down, pay attention to our thoughts. What have you been telling yourself? Try to spin negative thoughts into positives.
When you change your viewpoint, you can change your level of stress altogether. Do your best to see things in a positive light, and avoid cynicism at all costs.

INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

The confluence of knowledge, understanding and practice makes life complete. When you grow into higher states of consciousness, you find that you are no longer thrown off balance by different situations and disturbances.
You become beautiful yet strong  a soft, delicate and beautiful blossom  capable of accommodating different values in life without any conditions. Meditation is a way to transcend the body and mind, in order to experience deeper aspects of your self.
Meditation calms the mind. It feels good. But in our daily life we have to handle paying bills, parking tickets and other mundane things.
Meditation is accepting this moment and living every moment totally with depth. Just this understanding and few days of continuous practice of meditation, can change the quality of our life.
